This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is intended to explain how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you have, while you use our platform services, participate in content co-creation, and engage in the custody and settlement of performance security deposits.
Please read and fully understand all contents of this Policy carefully before registering, accessing, or using our services. By using our services, you signify your agreement to our processing of your relevant information in accordance with this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with co-creation matching, performance guarantee, revenue verification, and community management services, we may collect and process the following information:
1. Account and Identity Information
- Basic Registration Information: Mobile phone number, email address, username, and login credentials.
- Real-Name and Identity Verification (KYC): To prevent cooperative fraud, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, Co-creation Mentors and/or Co-creation Members may be required to provide their legal names, valid government-issued ID information, or business qualification documents when applying for verification or withdrawing large earnings.
2. Blockchain and Wallet Information
- Public Keys and Wallet Addresses: To facilitate public deposit custody and smart contract interactions, the platform records your bound public blockchain wallet addresses.
- On-Chain Transaction Records: Transaction hashes (TxHash) related to the deposit, staking, refund, compensation, and transfer of performance deposits. Please note: Due to the public and immutable nature of blockchain technology, your on-chain transaction records constitute publicly accessible and transparent ledger data.
3. Operational and Commercial Settlement Data
- Social Media Account Operational Data: Publicly visible performance metrics of partner accounts, including account names, platform links, follower growth, and posting frequency.
- Revenue Vouchers and Financial Records: Settlement screenshots, backend withdrawal logs, statements, and other supporting documents voluntarily uploaded by members to facilitate profit-sharing reconciliation.
- Payment and Receiving Information: Your fiat settlement account details (bank account numbers, third-party payment accounts) or on-chain receiving token addresses.
4. Device and Log Information
When you visit or use our website, we may automatically log your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system version, access timestamps, and operational logs for system security maintenance and risk control anomaly detection.
2. How We Use Your Information
We strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations, and agreements with users to utilize the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery and Matching: Assisting Co-creation Mentors and Co-creation Members in requirements matching, task distribution, and business collaboration.
- Performance Oversight and Settlement: Calculating monthly floating security deposit ratios, assisting both parties in verifying authentic operational revenues, and executing performance-based profit distributions, deductions, or compensations.
- On-Chain Attestation and Security Verification: Verifying the validity and transparency of deposit custody addresses, and preventing fake accounts or malicious multi-accounting abuse.
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: Serving transaction logs, material delivery records, and communication records submitted by both parties as evidence for adjudications by the platform or community arbitration committee in the event of performance disputes.
- Security and Compliance: Detecting and mitigating illegal activities, including cyberattacks, fraud, fake traffic generation, and money laundering.
3. Information Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We will not sell, transfer, or disclose your sensitive personal information to any third party without authorization, except under the following circumstances:
- Necessary Disclosure Between Co-Creation Partners: To ensure normal business operations once collaboration is established, mentors and corresponding members must share contact details, collaborative work accounts, and desensitized revenue reconciliation records within a strictly necessary scope.
- Public Disclosure Inherent to Blockchain Technology: Your public wallet address, staked amounts, and on-chain transfer records will be fully public and searchable on blockchain explorers. However, we do not directly associate or store sensitive real-world privacy data—such as your legal name or ID number—in plaintext on the blockchain.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share necessary, minimal data with verified third-party technical service providers that support basic functions, such as SMS verification, server hosting, and email notifications.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We may disclose your information as required by applicable laws, regulations, court judgments, or mandatory legal procedures issued by judicial authorities or regulatory agencies.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Technical Safeguards: We employ industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols, role-based access control (RBAC), and cryptographic hashing to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, leakage, alteration, or loss.
- Retention Period: We retain your personal information only for the minimum duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. Once you cancel your account or terminate collaboration, we will delete or anonymize your data, unless otherwise mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
- Special Risk Notice: Neither the internet nor blockchain environments are entirely invulnerable. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your platform passwords, wallet private keys, and seed phrases. Any loss of assets or data resulting from improper custody or self-disclosure of your private credentials shall be borne entirely by you.
5. Your Rights and Choices
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you hold the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access and Correction: You may log in to the platform user center at any time to review your profile, bound addresses, and transaction history, and to correct any inaccuracies.
- Deletion and Account Cancellation: Subject to the settlement of all collaborative earnings, the complete return of remaining performance deposits, and the absence of any pending disputes, you may apply for account cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will cease providing services and appropriately handle your personal information.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke authorization for non-essential features through device permission toggles or by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the revocation.
6. Protection of Minors
Our services are strictly directed to creators and digital media practitioners with full capacity for civil conduct. We do not provide commercial co-creation or escrow services to minors under the age of 18. If we identify that personal information of a minor has been collected unintentionally, we will promptly take steps to delete such data.
7. Policy Updates and Notifications
We may revise this Policy periodically to reflect platform business developments and statutory adjustments. Material changes will be communicated in advance through prominent announcements on the official website, in-app notifications, or system emails. Your continued use of our services following the effective date of an update constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
