1. Mentor Eligibility Criteria
- Follower Threshold: Mentors must operate an account with at least 1,000+ followers.
- Proven Monetization: Must demonstrate verifiable and authentic monthly earnings of at least 300 RMB+.
2. Application Specifications
When submitting an onboarding application, mentors must explicitly specify:
- Member Capacity: The desired number of co-creation members to be matched.
- Collaboration Requirements: Detailed criteria and expectations regarding member accounts, operational bandwidth, and profit-sharing terms.
3. Co-Creation Compensation
- Negotiable Allocation: Profit-sharing ratios are determined through bilateral mutual negotiation.
- Recommended Benchmark: The platform generally recommends a distribution ratio ranging between 30%/70% and 70%/30% (3:7 to 7:3), depending on respective contributions across strategy, creative production, and day-to-day operations.
