Community Covenant

We believe the world does not lack resources; what is genuinely scarce is the capability to discover value, integrate resources, and transform them into tangible outcomes.

Some possess accounts but lack creative capabilities; some master technology but lack viable application scenarios; some have accumulated rich experience but remain trapped in repetitive, low-leverage tasks; others are eager to learn and contribute but remain stalled due to an absence of experience, resources, and structured guidance.

Concurrently, artificial intelligence is lowering the barrier to content creation and digital entrepreneurship. Tasks that once required multi-person teams can now be orchestrated by a single proficient professional leveraging AI tools, and then scaled across broader audiences through team collaboration. Even with AI, a novice typically requires three to five years of hands-on trial and error to become a true practitioner—yet the intense digital media track often offers only a one-to-two-year golden window of opportunity.

Our objective is to establish an open community founded on joint creation, resource sharing, capability collaboration, and shared value creation—a venue where capable individuals find reliable partners, idle resources are deployed effectively, everyday individuals gain experience through authentic practice, and every reasonable commitment has an opportunity to generate commensurate returns.

This space is not merely a community for digital media co-creation; it is an open network progressively bridging online services, professional training, talent collaboration, brick-and-mortar operations, and broader commercial opportunities.

We advocate long-termism without guaranteeing success to anyone; we prioritize operational efficiency without compromising integrity and compliance; we encourage each individual to generate value while respecting their rights and autonomy.

To define the rights, obligations, and operational boundaries of community members and establish an open, transparent, and sustainable collaborative order, this Covenant is hereby formulated.

Chapter I: Community Mission and Foundational Philosophy

Article 1: Community Mission

To aggregate underutilized accounts, technologies, talent, knowledge, equipment, physical spaces, and other legally deployable resources, maximizing resource allocation efficiency and creating sustainable economic and social value through co-creation and professional collaboration.

Article 2: Community Positioning

Originating from digital media co-creation and account operations, the community progressively expands into the following sectors:

  • Content Co-creation: Anime illustrations, animated videos, graphic articles, short-form videos, written essays, and other digital assets.
  • Account Co-creation: Jointly developing digital media accounts through explicit divisions of labor, consistent execution, and compliant operations.
  • AI Collaboration: Sharing legitimate AI tool workflows, production pipelines, intelligent agents, and automation frameworks.
  • Learning and Mentorship: Facilitating professional growth through practical implementation, structured coaching, post-mortem debriefs, and empirical knowledge sharing.
  • Online Services: Sourcing and matching demands across visual design, media production, growth operations, technical engineering, and strategic consulting.
  • Offline Synergy: Incrementally exploring localized services, physical operations, hardware sharing, and collaborative regional ventures.

The aforementioned initiatives will be deployed progressively based on community bandwidth, regulatory compliance, and developmental stages. Specific deliverables shall be governed by officially published service descriptions.

Article 3: Core Values

The community operates on the following principles:

  • Win-Win Collaboration: Never pursuing unilateral gains, but generating collective value through rational division of labor.
  • Value Precedence: Never assessing individuals solely by titles, status, or self-promotion, but prioritizing actual capabilities, verified outputs, and contractual reliability.
  • Open Transparency: Articulating critical rules in advance, ensuring auditability of key metrics, and standardizing earnings calculations and accountability.
  • Faithful Performance: Honoring contractual commitments, delivering services as agreed, fulfilling designated duties, and settling earnings punctually.
  • Long-Termism: Respecting the fundamental laws of creative production and market dynamics, never substituting fleeting spikes for durable value.
  • Continuous Growth: Encouraging members to refine capabilities through systematic learning, disciplined execution, iterative debriefs, and mutual sharing.

Chapter II: Co-Creation Models and Collaborative Mechanisms

Article 4: What is Co-Creation?

Co-creation is neither a simple purchase of services nor a unilateral contribution of an account or content assets.

Co-creation represents a partnership wherein two or more parties unite their resources, proficiencies, and objectives under mutually agreed divisions of labor to jointly participate in content production, account growth, product development, or other initiatives—sharing outcomes, earnings, and liabilities in accordance with written agreements.

For instance, a Co-creation Mentor may specialize in animation production, AI tool pipelines, and channel growth, while a member possesses an account suited for expansion and commits to publishing schedules, audience interactions, analytical monitoring, and routine maintenance.

Through this structured division of labor, the mentor’s technical expertise unites with the member’s operational assets to explore content reach and commercialization.

The mentor scales the reach of their specialized capabilities, the member gains real-world operational experience, and both parties share the proceeds based on verified contributions and contractual covenants.

This constitutes the fundamental premise of co-creation.

Article 5: Complementary Strengths and Resource Alignment

The community encourages members to leverage their distinct advantages and deploy existing assets responsibly:

  • Seasoned creators can scale their operations by servicing multiple projects through structured collaboration.
  • Account holders lacking creative bandwidth can partner with suitable co-creation mentors.
  • Possessors of technical infrastructure, hardware, or automated pipelines can collaborate with members presenting active operational demands.
  • Experienced practitioners can foster member growth through mentorship, structured workshops, and workflow transfers.
  • Parties holding local service demands or physical facilities can explore localized joint ventures with community members.

Resource pooling must be anchored to legal authorization, authentic demand, and explicit operational scope.

The community strictly prohibits unauthorized account takeovers, identity misrepresentation, artificial metric falsification, or traffic manipulation that breaches third-party platform terms.

Article 6: Mandatory Upfront Agreements

Prior to launching any formal co-creation initiative, participating parties must explicitly define the following parameters:

  • Project scope and operational objectives.
  • Individual responsibilities, scopes of work, and delivery benchmarks.
  • Content publishing protocols, channel management cadences, and maintenance workflows.
  • Project duration and interim milestone evaluation frameworks.
  • Revenue sources, profit-sharing formulas, and financial settlement schedules.
  • Security deposit thresholds, custody mechanisms, and trigger criteria.
  • Intellectual property ownership, account access rights, and data utilization parameters.
  • Dispute resolution procedures, breach remedies, and formal exit mechanisms.

Agreements must be executed via written contracts, platform-approved electronic confirmations, or immutable records.

Any unspecified matter must be resolved through mutual consultation before executing related operations.

Chapter III: Rights and Obligations of Members and Mentors

Article 7: Rights and Obligations of Members

Members hold the right to review operational terms, service deliverables, revenue distribution formulas, and associated risks, alongside the right to review project milestones and verified analytics.

Members shall:

  • Provide accounts and digital assets that are lawfully owned or validly licensed.
  • Execute content distribution, day-to-day channel maintenance, audience engagement, and data feedback as agreed.
  • Provide accurate and complete financial vouchers, withdrawal screenshots, and settlement statements.
  • Disburse dues, service fees, or agreed profit-shares punctually in accordance with the agreement.
  • Never alter, delete, or conceal material financial and operational data that impacts project reconciliations.
  • Never abandon collaboration or refuse to perform accrued obligations without legitimate contractual cause.
  • Respect the mentor’s intellectual property, specialized deliverables, and reasonable professional labor.

Members retain the right to contest non-conforming deliverables and may seek remediation, negotiate termination, or enforce contractual remedies in accordance with the governing agreement.

Article 8: Rights and Obligations of Co-Creation Mentors

Co-creation Mentors must possess professional expertise commensurate with their offerings and represent their past performance, metrics, and service scopes truthfully and prudently.

Mentors shall:

  • Deliver production, operational guidance, workshops, or specialized services as agreed.
  • Assume contractual responsibility for content quality, delivery timelines, and technical standards.
  • Comply with applicable laws, statutory regulations, and content hosting platform policies.
  • Never deliver assets known to be unlawful, infringing, or carrying severe regulatory risks.
  • Never mislead members using falsified case studies, manipulated earnings screenshots, or deceptive commitments.
  • Never deploy unverified, non-agreed experimental assets onto a member’s operational account.
  • Maintain necessary operational logs, milestone updates, and periodic performance reviews as agreed.
  • Safeguard members’ account equity, personal data, and legitimate commercial interests.

Mentors hold the right to receive contracted compensation and profit-shares punctually, alongside the right to decline tasks that are unlawful, non-compliant, or beyond the agreed scope.

Article 9: Equality and Reciprocal Accountability

Members and mentors hold equal standing in partnerships; both parties must respect the labor, time, assets, and lawful interests of their counterparts.

Members shall not withhold agreed profit distributions after realizing financial returns; mentors shall not cease delivery after receiving payments or project stakes.

Neither party shall leverage informational asymmetry, technical superiority, or resource advantages to conceal material facts, shift unreasonable risks, or compromise the counterpart’s lawful rights.

The community champions proactive communication, timely remediation, and resolving friction to restore constructive collaboration.

Chapter IV: Revenue Distribution and the Security Deposit System

Article 10: Principles of Revenue Distribution

The distribution of earnings in co-creation initiatives must adhere to upfront covenants, auditable baseline metrics, and parity between contributions and liabilities.

Different projects may adopt distinct profit-sharing formulas based on creative labor, daily channel management, account equity, technical contributions, capital investments, and verified milestones.

Specific distribution percentages, gross-to-net definitions, deductible expenses, settlement cycles, and payment rails must be defined within the project agreement.

The community makes no representations or guarantees regarding traffic volumes, follower growth, conversion performance, or net income.

Article 11: Member Profit-Sharing Deposit (Solana USDC)

For projects operating under a security deposit mechanism, members must stake an agreed profit-sharing security deposit pursuant to project rules and the underlying contract.

The profit-sharing deposit protects accrued distribution obligations and mitigates the risk of sudden abandonment or non-performance by an operational partner.

Deposit thresholds may scale dynamically based on project scope, contractual revenue-sharing liabilities, and operational risks, as governed by published rules.

Members must provide authentic financial statements, bank/wallet withdrawal logs, and reconciliation records. The platform and collaborating partners verify project revenues and payable shares against lawfully obtained data.

If a member defaults on a verified profit-sharing obligation, the deposit will be liquidated pursuant to contractually established procedures, conditions, and evidentiary thresholds.

The deposit constitutes neither a platform earnings guarantee nor an assurance of project profitability.

Article 12: Mentor Quality Deposit (Solana USDC)

For initiatives subject to quality guarantee rules, Co-creation Mentors must similarly stake a designated quality deposit pursuant to project rules and agreements.

At the current stage, a baseline threshold of 100 USD (equivalent to approximately 700 RMB) serves as the initial benchmark, with actual amounts governed by specific program releases.

The quality deposit ensures that mentors deliver services according to agreed standards, underwriting contractual indemnification and breach remedies where applicable.

For instance, if assets delivered by a mentor involve verified copyright infringement, or if non-compliance with content review duties results in losses within agreed liability scopes, claims will be adjudicated based on factual evidence, liability apportionment, and contractual terms.

A quality deposit does not constitute a guarantee that an account will achieve perpetual monthly audience or revenue expansion, nor does it imply that the mentor absorbs all general market volatility.

Account outcomes remain influenced by platform recommendation algorithms, competitive dynamics, content resonance, and audience trends. Collaborations must be evaluated against reasonable operational standards and stage-gate milestones.

Article 13: Management and Administration of Security Deposits

Security deposits must feature explicitly defined amounts, dedicated purposes, custody arrangements, and disposition criteria.

For projects administered via blockchain wallet addresses, participants must be informed of the designated network, contract/wallet addresses, token standards, public explorer tracking tools, and multi-signature/escrow controls.

While blockchain ledgers provide immutable, publicly auditable records of fund flows and transaction states, on-chain transactions alone do not inherently establish substantive legal title, asset safety, or guaranteed contractual performance.

The staking, dynamic scaling, forfeiture, refund, and dispute handling of deposits must comply with applicable governing laws and contractual covenants.

Any deductions, liquidations, or compensations must be substantiated by precise contractual clauses and verifiable documentation, rather than subjective unilateral determinations.

Article 14: Deposit Refunds and Project Offboarding

The return of security deposits must account for the duration of the engagement, unbilled revenues, outstanding liabilities, pending operational deliverables, and contractual stipulations.

Upon contract expiration or mutually agreed termination, both parties shall conduct formal asset handovers and final reconciliations.

In the absence of outstanding liabilities, active arbitrations, or contractual retention conditions, deposits shall be refunded within timelines specified in the agreement.

If unliquidated disputes remain, both parties must quantify disputed amounts, specify legal bases, and outline resolution timelines; security deposits shall not be retained indefinitely without legitimate cause.

Custody frameworks, fiduciary liabilities, and refund workflows must be transparently disclosed to participants prior to project kickoff.

Chapter V: Content Integrity, Intellectual Property, and Compliant Operations

Article 15: Authentic Creation and Long-Term Operations

The community encourages leveraging AI to optimize production workflows, but firmly rejects viewing AI as an automated cash-printing utility requiring no critical judgment, quality oversight, or accountability.

Exceptional content demands cohesive synchronization across topic research, narrative architecture, copywriting, visual aesthetics, cinematic pacing, editing, delivery, and community management.

Members must exercise rigorous quality assurance and continuous optimization, never substituting mechanical volume dumps for creative excellence.

The community promotes legitimate, authentic, and sustainable account growth, strictly prohibiting artificial traffic inflation, bot clicks, fake interactions, or other manipulative practices that violate host platform policies.

Article 16: Regulatory Compliance and Platform Terms

All members must comply with applicable domestic and international laws, alongside the terms of service of the third-party platforms they utilize.

Using the community to engage in fraud, copyright infringement, dissemination of unlawful materials, unauthorized scraping of personal data, cyber harassment, or other illicit activities is strictly prohibited.

AI-generated content must comply with mandatory disclosures, watermarking, and review protocols required by relevant regulatory frameworks.

Initiatives involving commercial endorsements, e-commerce, financial operations, digital assets, or other regulated business lines must be executed strictly within statutory frameworks.

Should a project encounter significant compliance risks, participating members must immediately communicate and implement corrective actions, including pausing publications, restructuring content, or terminating the high-risk engagement.

Article 17: Intellectual Property Protection

Copyrights, commercial licensing rights, operational permissions, and related equities in co-created assets must be defined through contractual terms consistent with legal principles.

No party may deploy joint assets, raw source files, commercial project materials, or proprietary workflows outside authorized parameters without written consent.

When utilizing third-party stock assets, background music, typography, AI model weights, or commercial software, users must independently verify licensing scopes and commercial rights.

The community supports the compliant dissemination of methodologies and technical workflows, but prohibits unauthorized appropriation of third-party IP or disclosure of protected trade secrets.

Article 18: Privacy and Confidential Information

Members must rigorously protect the personal data, access credentials, commercial metrics, and confidential project files of fellow members.

Disclosing unverified earnings statements, personal contact details, legal identities, proprietary project briefs, or non-public community documents without consent is strictly prohibited.

Where collecting, processing, or sharing information is required for project execution, it must be conducted under principles of legality, necessity, and proportionality, with explicitly documented consent.

Chapter VI: Community Governance and Dispute Adjudication

Article 19: Transparent Administration and Integrity Records

The community maintains records of core collaboration milestones, including work orders, delivery proofs, revenue settlements, grievance logs, and remediation actions.

For initiatives utilizing on-chain escrow, participants may audit fund movements via public wallet addresses and blockchain explorers.

The community strictly differentiates verifiable on-chain data from off-chain commercial realities, and prohibits presenting unverified metrics as confirmed business results.

Any public records concerning creditworthiness, contract breaches, or performance audits must rely on verified facts, ensuring affected parties receive fair opportunities for rebuttal and clarification.

Article 20: Grievances, Appeals, and Dispute Resolution

When disputes arise over operational deliverables, revenue accounting, asset quality, or deposit dispositions, members shall first seek resolution through agreed project communication channels.

Parties shall review records, present documentation, and attempt good-faith negotiations within a reasonable timeframe.

Where issues can be cured through supplemental production, iterative revisions, or revised accounting, such remedies shall take precedence.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be adjudicated through mediation, binding arbitration, or courts of competent jurisdiction as stipulated in the contract.

Community rules shall not operate to waive statutory rights enjoyed by members under applicable law.

Article 21: Breach Penalties and Sanctions

For actions breaching this Covenant or project contracts, the community may issue warnings, order time-bound rectifications, suspend access rights, or terminate platform standing, depending on severity and impact.

Remedies involving damages, deposit liquidations, or financial liabilities must be anchored to explicit contractual provisions and executed via formal protocols.

Suspected illegal conduct shall be handled pursuant to applicable statutes and referred to regulatory or judicial authorities where warranted.

Community enforcement must remain objective, procedurally sound, and based on clear liability, rejecting arbitrary penalties derived from unsubstantiated claims.

Chapter VII: Lifecycle Durations and Ecosystem Expansion

Article 22: Respecting Growth Trajectories

Different operational tracks display distinct developmental cycles.

Certain formats generate rapid market validation, whereas other initiatives require months of iterative optimization, calibration, and audience compounding before stabilizing.

The community encourages establishing phased goals, deploying analytics, and conducting disciplined post-mortems to improve success probabilities.

However, no member may present isolated success stories as proof of inevitable outcomes, nor solicit participation through unrealistic projections.

Article 23: Sustainable Partnerships and Orderly Exits

The community encourages stable, long-term working relationships.

For initiatives suited for extended horizons, parties may contract for one-year terms or other appropriate durations, integrating stage-gate reviews and renewal options.

Any party requiring early departure must perform contractual obligations regarding formal notices, asset handovers, final accounting, and document return.

Exiting a collaboration does not grant either party automatic ownership of the entire account, intellectual property, accrued revenues, or security deposits. Final dispositions shall be determined by legal title, actual contributions, unperformed duties, and contractual terms.

For accounts and creative portfolios that have accrued commercial value, parties must proactively contract provisions regarding post-termination operations, licensing, transfers, and asset divisions to mitigate unnecessary losses.

Article 24: Promoting Localized and Multi-Sector Collaborations

As organizational maturity allows, the community will progressively explore localized AI services, hardware pooling, talent placement, brick-and-mortar partnerships, and offline service guarantees.

For example, members may share licensed enterprise AI tooling and compute clusters to reduce redundant capital outlays, or utilize verified track records and standardized service terms to enhance transparency in offline operations.

Related ventures must develop independent operational standards, pricing tables, liability allocations, and risk control measures tailored to actual business environments.

Long-term blueprints do not signify that related service offerings are active; official community releases govern availability.

Chapter VIII: Scope, Amendments, and Enforceability

Article 25: Scope of Application

This Covenant applies to all members who formally accept its terms and participate in community operations.

Specific project teams may establish supplementary guidelines tailored to particular tracks, provided such terms do not violate applicable statutory laws or unreasonably restrict rights granted by law.

In the event of discrepancies between this Covenant and executed bilateral contracts, priority shall be determined by contractual enforceability, governing law, and explicit contractual clauses.

Article 26: Amendments to the Covenant

The community reserves the right to amend this Covenant in response to statutory developments, ecosystem shifts, or operational adjustments.

Material modifications affecting key rights, security deposits, fee structures, profit allocations, or exit terms shall be published in advance through appropriate channels, obtaining necessary consents or acknowledgments as required by law.

Amendments shall not retroactively expand liabilities accrued prior to the effective date, except where authorized by law or mutual agreement.

Article 27: Enforceability and Interpretation

This Covenant takes effect upon the date of official community release.

This document establishes foundational collaborative principles. Specific scopes of work, revenue frameworks, escrow governance, and legal liabilities are governed strictly by the dedicated agreements executed between participating parties.
