CoCGuarantee

To foster a fair collaborative ecosystem on our platform, protect the legitimate interests of all parties engaged in co-creation, training, and operational services, and prevent bad-faith conduct—such as unilateral breach of contract, malicious abandonment, or non-performance—the platform officially implements the “Bilateral Performance Security Deposit Mechanism”effective immediately. Real-name identity verification (KYC) remains a mandatory prerequisite.

All performance deposits are held in USDC on the Solana network and placed under custody via on-chain smart contract addresses or designated public transparent addresses. The status of these funds remains fully public, auditable, and traceable, strictly earmarked and governed according to the agreed-upon rules and collaboration frameworks.

1. Member Profit-Sharing Deposit (Revenue-Floating Mechanism)

1. Purpose of Establishment

Members retain direct withdrawal and cash settlement privileges for their operational accounts. To prevent instances where an individual member abruptly disappears, refuses to share revenues as agreed, or unilaterally abandons collaboration after the account generates verified cash flow, this “Profit-Sharing Deposit” is established to safeguard the intellectual labor and output of Co-creation Mentors.

  • The threshold starts at a baseline of 100 USDC / 700 RMB for Entry-level Members.
  • Members must first participate in basic image-and-text co-creation tracks; once evaluation scores, responsive engagement, and income performance improve, they may apply to participate in intermediate and advanced co-creation cohorts.

2. Dynamic Adjustment and Accounting Rules

  • Dynamic Floating Adjustment: The deposit amount is not static; it scales proportionally with the verified growth of the account’s monthly net revenue. Furthermore, because a mentor’s initial diagnostic alignment, strategy development, and niche positioning require substantial dedication, wisdom, and effort, a 20% allocation of the staked deposit is transferred into a dedicated account upon project initiation to prevent members from casually abandoning the engagement and wasting scarce mentor resources.
  • Revenue Audits: Mentors possess seasoned operational experience to assess reasonable revenue projections; simultaneously, members must periodically submit backend payout logs and withdrawal vouchers. The platform verifies these against system records and on-chain data to eliminate hidden earnings.
  • Remedies for Breach: If an account produces revenue (for example, monthly earnings of 10,000 RMB requiring a 5,000 RMB distribution to the mentor) and the member refuses settlement or unilaterally absconds, the platform will deduct the corresponding compensation directly from the member’s security deposit to reimburse the mentor, and permanently blacklist the member’s profile and address.

2. Mentor Quality and Delivery Deposit

1. Purpose of Establishment

To protect the fundamental rights of co-creation members, ensure the standard of deliverables and mentoring guidance provided by mentors, and eliminate deceptive practices, substandard materials, high-risk non-compliant assets, or malicious supply interruptions.

2. Onboarding and Performance Standards

  • Baseline Threshold: Mentors must stake an initial quality deposit upon onboarding (starting from a minimum of 100 USDC / 700 RMB). Mentor tier evaluations are driven primarily by co-creation performance—mentors who help members generate higher verifiable earnings will receive elevated resource allocations from the platform.
  • Delivery Compliance: Mentors are strictly prohibited from providing members with illicit, non-compliant, or high-risk test assets prone to triggering account suspensions. If a member’s account suffers penalties or bans due to material compliance flaws in assets provided by the mentor, the platform will forfeit the mentor’s deposit to compensate the affected member.
  • Operational Accountability: Mentors must fulfill delivery milestones as agreed upon during initial negotiations (including, but not limited to, content delivery cadences, follower growth strategies, and monetization roadmaps).

3. Collaboration Cycles and Exit Negotiation Protocols

Digital media incubation requires cyclical patience, typically demanding 1 to 6 months—or longer—of deep execution and operational refinement. To establish stable co-creation expectations, the following terms are instituted:

1. Baseline Lock-in Period (1 Year)

The baseline collaboration period agreed upon by both parties shall, in principle, be no less than one (1) year. Within this period, neither party may unilaterally exit or cease contractual fulfillment without justifiable cause.

2. Termination and Settlement Negotiations

  • Prohibition of Unilateral Departure: Prior to the expiration of the collaboration term, should either party unilaterally initiate termination, their security deposit shall not be unconditionally refunded in full.
  • Account Asset Disposition: Account incubation encapsulates the mentor’s strategic content creation and the member’s daily operational input. Upon term expiration, if the partnership is not renewed, both parties must execute a written agreement resolving account ownership, final profit distributions, and asset valuation. Only after unanimous written resolution and complete financial clearance will the platform release and refund the remaining balances of both parties’ deposits.

4. Platform Community Covenant

The essence of co-creation lies in genuine synergy, shared value creation, and mutual risk-bearing.

  • Agreement Precedes Execution: Prior to project kickoff, both parties must clearly define their respective obligations, monthly verification milestones, and content delivery metrics.
  • On-Chain Transparency: The platform leverages the traceable, immutable nature of blockchain technology to safeguard funds, ensuring complete elimination of backroom manipulation.

We encourage all members and mentors to cherish the trust built within this ecosystem, strictly honor their performance agreements, and collaborate closely to forge lasting value.
