In response to this thriving new ecosystem, the platform hereby issues this official statement to explicitly clarify our official stance, legal boundaries of rights and responsibilities, and long-term ecosystem support policies.
1. Platform’s Official Stance: Encouraging Localization—Only Deep Roots Yield Lasting Growth
Purely online collaboration is often limited by communication efficiency and hardware constraints. In contrast, face-to-face interaction, local shared workstations, and pooled high-performance equipment significantly reduce the ramp-up period and markedly enhance the success rate of account monetization.

2. Core Legal Statement: Independent Operation and Exclusive Liability—Zero Legal Association with the Platform
To safeguard all parties’ right to information and lawful interests, and to mitigate legal and financial exposures, the platform solemnly declares the following compliance boundaries:
- Complete Independence of Legal Entities Partnership enterprises, studios, or limited liability companies spontaneously formed by community members in various localities are independent civil legal entities established under applicable laws. In terms of equity structure, administrative hierarchy, financial accounting, and employment relationships, they bear no affiliation, agency, branch, or joint-venture relationship of any kind with this platform.
- Self-Borne Capital Transactions and Deposits Any service fees, equipment usage charges, membership fees, or offline performance deposits collected from members or students by any local physical entity constitute independent civil transactions of that local entity. Such funds neither enter the platform’s on-chain escrow contracts nor pass through any platform accounts. The platform assumes no responsibility for custodial oversight, advances, refunds, or debt recoveries.
- Sole Liability for Fulfillment and Deliverables The office premises, hardware equipment quality, media production standards, and promised commercial returns provided by offline entities shall be agreed upon independently in civil contracts executed between that entity and the contracting parties. The entity shall independently bear all contractual and legal liabilities for breach of contract. The platform does not provide any underwriting or backstop guarantee for the business results of any third-party physical company.
3. Principle of Market Autonomy: Independent Decision-Making and Self-Assumed Risks

As long as the entity establishes an outstanding reputation among local members and reliably assists partners in achieving consistent monetization, the platform will actively highlight it as an official benchmark and prioritize directed traffic and user referrals to it whenever new local demands for members, mentors, or computing power arise in that region.
- Zero-Tolerance for Bad Faith: Immediate One-Vote Veto Should any entity exploit the platform’s name under false pretenses, solicit funds maliciously, make fraudulent commitments, or deceive members and mentors offline, the platform—upon receipt and verification of evidence provided by affected parties—will permanently terminate all ecosystem resource referrals to that organization and permanently blacklist its core responsible individuals.
