Dear Community Members, Co-creation Mentors, and Ecosystem Investment Partners,
As our co-creation ecosystem continues to evolve, content production models have become increasingly diversified, spanning multiple collaborative modalities including lightweight individual operations, full-stack mentor delivery, and integrations of external computing power and capital investment. To further delineate rights and responsibilities and protect the legitimate earnings of all parties, we hereby formulate and issue this edition of the “Guiding Principles for Revenue Distribution of Co-Creation Accounts.”
1. Profit Accounting Baseline
All distribution ratios are settled strictly based on “net profit after deducting platform tax withholdings and necessary third-party payment gateway costs.” Settlement data must be substantiated by verifiable backend statements or auditable on-chain transaction logs of the operating accounts.
2. Recommended Revenue Distribution Models (Advisory Framework)
Based on the varying contributions across three dimensions—“Brainpower (prompts, workflows, storyboards),” “Computing Power / Capital (AI subscriptions, hardware expenditures),” and “Execution (publishing, community interaction, account maintenance)”—the platform recommends the following baseline distribution ratios:
Model A: Standard Bilateral Collaboration (Full-Stack Mentor Delivery + Basic Member Operation)
- Co-creation Member (30%): Responsible for content uploads under authentic local device/network environments, crafting high-converting titles, conducting routine comment section interactions, and managing foundational private traffic onboarding.
- Co-creation Mentor (70%): Responsible for core strategy formulation, script and storyboard production, prompt optimization, and independently absorbing all relevant large-model subscription fees (e.g., Midjourney, API tokens) and asset production expenses.
Model B: Trilateral Collaborative Incubation (Mentor Provides Brainpower + Investor/Owner Funds Compute + Member Operates)
- Co-creation Member (30%): Responsible for daily account posting, community maintenance, and interactive operational execution.
- Co-creation Mentor (50%): Exclusively contributes intellectual assets, including core workflow design, prompt engineering, and hands-on delivery coaching, without directly assuming hardware and subscription expenditures.
- Ecosystem Investor / Studio Owner (20%): Invests or provides dedicated production resources, including but not limited to batch AI software subscriptions, localized compute cluster equipment depreciation (e.g., Mac Studio / GPU servers), facility electricity, and other capital commitments.
3. Dynamic Negotiation and Platform Registration Mechanism
- Non-Mandatory Advisory Standard (Negotiation First): The aforementioned 7:3 and 5:3:2 models represent standardized advisory benchmarks formulated by the platform based on industry cost-benefit ratios. In actual partnerships, all parties may amicably negotiate and define custom distribution ratios tailored to operational track complexity, dedicated labor, and hardware overhead.
- Written Confirmation and Platform Filing: Prior to formal project launch, all collaborating parties (bilateral or trilateral) must submit their mutually agreed-upon Profit-Sharing Confirmation Agreement through the platform for official online registration.
- Contractual Enforcement and On-Chain Oversight: Once filed and activated, this registered ratio serves as the sole governing basis for subsequent on-chain deposit adjustments, monthly accounting reconciliations, and dispute arbitrations. No party may unilaterally modify the settlement ratio without unanimous consent and formal re-filing with the platform.
